Rules and Regulations

• Agents must show or preview an available Dean Home after March 14th 2008 before registration is complete (key box records will be used to verify the visit)
   

• Relocation fee payment not to exceed 35% of the standard 3% SOC. Fee must be disclosed with original offer.
   

• Agents must be stated selling agent on Purchase and Sale Agreement to qualify
   

• Agents must be registered prior to submitting any offer
   

• All qualifying Purchase and Sale Agreements must be fully executed in the 2008 calendar year
   

• One half of pre-sale SOC to be paid when the Earnest Money becomes non-refundable
