Rules and Regulations

• Agents must register AND show or preview an available Dean Home after March 27, 2009 before registration is complete (key box records will be used to verify the visit
   

• Agents who have already been fully confirmed (agents who are fully confirmed have received an email stating confirmation as well as a Dean Homes key chain in the mail) on the Dean’s List in 2008 are automatically a member of the 2009 Dean’s List
   

• Agents who signed up for the 2008 Dean’s List, but did not visit a Dean Home after March 14, 2008 are not confirmed. Those Agents must still visit a Dean Home after March 27, 2009 and receive a confirmation email and keychain from Dean Homes to be eligible for the SOC bonus.
   

• Agents must be stated selling agent on Purchase and Sale Agreement to qualify
   

• Agents must be registered AND confirmed prior to submitting any offer
   

• All qualifying Purchase and Sale Agreements must be mutually accepted in the 2009 calendar year
