Our Project Managers are energetic and experienced with solid backgrounds in the construction trades. They are tooled up and manage with a hands on approach to the job site, saving our clients time and money while facilitating the construction process.

Dean JasperDean Jasper, Owner
Dean Jasper is the owner and President of Dean Homes, Inc. He started the company after an apprenticeship in production spec building and new construction customer service. Dean is a hands on manager who is intimately involved with each and every home. His ability to educate homeowners combines with his desire to provide unique homes that are a step above in quality, detail and level of service.



Schaelier ChungSchaelier Chung,
VP Field Operations
Schaelier Chung has been an integral part of Dean Homes since 1996, building custom homes in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii ranging from 800 to 12,000 sq. ft. He is also a second generation construction manager who has a diversified background extending from excavation and framing to finish work and detailing. His resume ranges from light commercial and multi-family construction to high end residential building. This depth of experience provides for better communication between sub-contractors and homeowners and results in a product that truly fits each client.
